Introduction

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes how Ventetú's application accesses, collects, uses, processes, shares and stores information about you. All capitalized terms mentioned herein shall have the same meaning as in our "Ventetú" Terms and Conditions included above.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or any future updated version of them, then you must not access and/or use, and must cease all access to, the App and the Services

You agree that if you are under 18 years of age, your legal guardian has reviewed and has agreed to this Privacy Policy and has allowed you to access and/or use the App and the Services.

By downloading, accessing, and/or using the App you agree to the collection, use, sharing, and storage of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Data Collected and Access Requested

The data the App collects is mostly non-personal information about you or the device you utilize to access the App. The information collected through the App is limited to your name, age, location, address, email, password, and credit card information.

We may request access to the device you utilize to access the application. Specifically, we may request access to: (i) your device's location in order to filter data by location status; (ii) your device's photo library or photo storage, so that you may upload a profile picture to your account; and/or (iii) your device's "wallet" so that you may pay for in-App purchases or Memberships with "Apple Pay" or any other stored payment account accepted by the App.

Use and Sharing of the Collected Data

The data collected via the App is used to provide the App and the Services to you, including for the purposes of: (i) monitoring the uses of the App and the Services; (ii) maintaining the functionality of the App and the Services; (iii) improving the App and the Services; (iv) improving the user's experience (through personalized ads); and (v) marketing the Services and any new products and/or services that Ventetú develops, offers or create in the future.

We will not share your data with third parties not mentioned herein.

Data Security and Storage

Although we will always employ commercially acceptable means of protecting your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We secure the information we collect by directly storing it in a third party service provider's cloud-hosted database (specifically, Amazon Relational Database Service, which is a distributed relational database service by Amazon Web Services). As such, we rely on Amazon Web Service's security measures for the protection of your data. User Rights

You have certain rights in connection with your personal information and how we handle it. You have the right to know what information we hold about you, you have the right to correct said information, and the right to request said information to be deleted. Protection of Children's Privacy

Neither the App nor the Services address anyone under the age of 13, unless authorized by their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 through the App or the Services.

If you are a child under the age of 13, please do not send any personal information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the case we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you are aware that your child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address stated below, so that we may take the necessary actions, including deleting your child's personal information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on the App, prior to the change becoming effective, and update the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

Use of the App after an update constitutes consent to the updated notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
